I couldn`t sleep at night because it was not working air conditioner. I called for the air conditioner to be activated but it was stopped because of temperature difference. He didn`t care if I was hot and didn`t feel sorry. All the facilities were old and uncomfortable because it was an old hotel. My room was city view but The view from window was only Apartment. But the ocean view rooms was good. I will never go again.

봄에 가족여행 갔을 때 위치도 좋고 룸상태도 깔끔해서 이번에 또 예약했어요 ! 뷰도 좋고 달맞이길이라 맛집도 많고 내부 주차장이 무료라 주차도 편하고 좋네요!! 부산가면 이제 일루에서만 묵을거에요

The hotel tries to save every single penny that gives customers an uneasy feeling although I understand the hotel's tight budget management because of the pandemic. Otherwise, it's a good hotel to stay in with a nice view of Haewoondae beach.

Wonderful room with great views, the best part was the staff who were unfailingly kind and very helpful, especially when I was under the weather and needed to extend my stay

I know the hotel is mainly serve the local Korean but the staff doesn't speak English at all. As a surprise to my fiancée, I have ordered flower bouquet and delivered promptly to the hotel (with name and booking information written in Korean). However, the hotel staff doesn't understand although I have asked them serval times about the delivery. At last, I have to translate the conversation to Korean by my fiancée, what a surprise for us.

We stayed in room 802 which was oceanview. The view was wonderful watching the sunset. It was far enough from Haeundae Beach to be quiet. It was a wonderful experience.
However, I am able to speak survival Korean, and be warned that they did not speak any English to me whatsoever. They were also sticklers about starting at 10 AM. My husband went down to the restaurant to grab a coffee at 9:50, and they said they were too busy and to wait until 10.
Aside from that, it was great!
