Breakfast was good, but the room that was first assigned to us was still dirty from the group who just checked out. The front desk staff was nice enough to adjust and put us into two connecting rooms. What really disappointed us was the smell of the room, smells like the carpet was not cleaned for more than a year that you are not gonna want to drop anything on the floor. Location is close enough to downtown which is nice.

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු No working AC in room (which they admitted they knew a few rooms did not have and still booked them out) and they were unable to switch my room or provide a fan. The lady at the desk tried her best and was able to switch rooms after the first night of cooking in the room, but no management on site during the weekends for any type of refund. This would not have been a major issue if it had not been high 80’s out and cost approx $300 a night….

Service at the desk is casual but friendly, the property looks great, and my room was very nice as well as comfortable and quiet. The breakfast area is also nice and with all the standard food options. Loved the newspapers! My only complaint is the slow internet connection.

The property was clean and well maintained and located near restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly and professional. Parking was plentiful and no additional fees. The hotel was quiet at night - we did not hear noise from other guests. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

We arrived 30minutes after check-in and our room was not ready until closer to 5pm. We had to get ourselves ready in their restroom to make it to an event - The staff was friendly but was very disappointed by not being able to check in on time and staff not even offering any type of resolve besides just waiting. We were in town for a full week so leaving the property wasn't convenient. Breakfast was mediocre and very basic - coffee was awful. I would not stay here again if we ever returned to MN
