We really enjoyed our stay this beautiful hotel. It was well placed for walking around and exploring Siem Reap and a peaceful oasis inside. The staff were outstanding and great food and drinks available. The spa is also fantastic. Our room was large and very comfortable and 6 nights here flew by.

Heritage is an excellent place to stay, explore, and relax in Siem Reap. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is conveniently close to the temples and markets, allowing us to easily explore the area. They also offer airport shuttle service and can assist you with various activities during your stay. If you’re planning to visit Angkor Wat, I highly recommend Heritage Suites. We are a family of 5 traveling with teens, stayed here for 4 nights. It was a low season in Siem Reap, and the hotel was nearly empty, with only one other party of guests. The hotel upgraded our rooms to private pool rooms. It was spacious, clean, air-conditioned, and luxurious, though the aesthetics seemed to be of a couple of decades past, with a huge bathtub in the middle of the room. The staff, and the waiting staff, were very, maybe overtly, friendly ( I felt a little uncomfortable) and accommodating. Good breakfast included fresh fruits, good coffee, juices, and lots to choose from. They use insecticides to control mosquitoes at regular intervals. An eco-friendly approach, also for housekeeping, would be appreciated from this traveler. An independent tuk-tuk was available; check the price before hiring for each trip, though. Hotel airport pick-up was very helpful, worth the extra fare.

My stay at Heritage was amazing. The staff were excellent. We stayed during the off season and the level of service and hospitality were next level. Our room came with a private pool and it was perfect after a long day exploring. The resort pool was also great, with a dedicated bar. The food was excellent.

I spent a lovely week at the Heritage Suite Hotel in Siem Reap. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The pool and pool area was always clean and the pool very welcoming on the hot days. I would highly recommend it.

Location near restaurants. Room spacious with extra outdoor space. Staff very courteous and helpful. Services efficient when requested. Breakfast buffet minimal but a la carte is good.

The hotel team were wonderful and made you feel very welcomed. The lady at breakfast was very attentive and did a super job looking after our needs. We were up early on day 1 to Angkor Wat so they put us together a breakfast picnic. Such a wonderful gesture. The room and private pool could do with updating to make this a true 5 star room. Close to the city and safe quiet area.

Amazing place and they gave us gifts every day if the stay which was incredible adorable. Staff were amazing and very nice. Mis Tola, Mis Samnang and mis Sinar treated us like royalty and made the stay very warm and comfortable.

Room was absolutely amazing in the staff. We’re incredible! We’ll go back for sure! Anybody going to Cambodia should stay here!

Spa was premier as expected; clean, comfortable, quite, relaxing and has all the necessary equipment. I quite enjoyed my silver membership discount here.
