The front desk ladyis useless and the hallways are always loud.
They have groups of junior high schoolers staying at the property. I requested a quiet room, they put me in a room surrounded by 4 rooms full of screaming & shouting young pupils.
It's not because they don't have rooms available because they moved me as soon as I complained about this. It's just a useless front desk lady made a horrible arrangement.
The property is OLD and ROTTEN. Don't believe the pictures you see on this site!!!
The door frames are so old and rotten, you can see from my picture, that it smells. However, the strongest smell comes from their towels...... You wouldn't even dare to use it because it smells so badly that I only used it for my feet.
They don't have breakfast area, coffee, bar, lounge, laundry, nothing on site. Just an fyi.FYI.
I got bit on my leg too and I only stayed for 2 nights...

The hotel is in downtown Kuala Lumpur. Fairly close to KL Sentral Station. The place was quite difficult to find, we had to ask many people for directions. Google maps was very unreliable. Once we found the hotel and checked in, everything else was smooth. Many food shops, a really nice mall, all within walking distance.

Very convenient and walking distance to monorail and kl Sentral. No windows (hidden) in my room. Should be mentioned when book it via Expedia. Thank you!

Less than 10 TV channels. Thin walls. They put me in a cheaper room than the one I paid for. Don't pay for breakfast if you are only 1 person. Front desk staff mostly unfriendly. Overall Ok, but I would not stay there again, as I did not enjoy my stay and thought it was poor value.
