The stuff is very helpful and the room is very clean. We only stayed one night. The room has everything we needed and the view was great.

Great value rooms. But very basic. The air port shuttle, only runs every couple of hours, so not particularly useful, as we missed it by about 5 mins.

The room was very clean and considering that it’s an old hotel it is very well maintained. The staff was very accommodating especially the lady that checked us in . I think her name is Chiarra and even though we came in very early for checked in she got us a room right away and didn’t charge us extra for the early check-in Best part is they have a shuttle bus that could take you to the airport but you just have to inform them

I booked the Village hotel as a place to stay while in transit through Changi amd it served its purpose for a reasonable nightly rate. The room itself was clean but the hallways smelled of old and the carpets probably need to be changed very soon. Staff was very friendly and I would not mid staying at this hotel again should I need a conveniently located, reasonably priced hotel while transiting through Changi airport
