Clean room

It was very much appreciated that a room was available for immediate checkin very early in the morning. Ben in the Club Lounge had excellent customer service, very professional and friendly. Location is good for relaxing and food courts.

This was the first time I tried a non-airport hotel. My room was five times as big and cost half as much compared to an airport hotel. I was on the 7th floor and had a good view out to the golf course. I used the buffet breakfast (great), the gym (also good) and the rooftop swimming pool (fantastic). All staff were very friendly, starting with a great check-in by Chiarra. The hotel also has a free airport shuttle service. The only downsides I could see are: 1) It does take 20-30 mins to get to and from the airport to the hotel, so an airport hotel is clearly the fastest option (and the most expensive). 2) While the location is close to the airport, it is a long way from town. Having said that, Changi Village is authentically Singaporean with lots of food choices ranging from super cheap hawker centre food to proper sit-down restaurants. There is also a little Beach Park about 3 mins walk away and a golf course right next door. I would definitely stay here again. Great 28 hour stay over.

This hotel has everything to be a no brainer: clean, comfortable and decent sized rooms. A great location near a market, park and not too far from the airport. It's a decent value for money. With that said, there were quite a few things that made me question whether I will return to the property on future visits. The first thing is the "shuttle" service to/from the airport. While there is a shuttle, the frequency and time of operation is quite limited. There's also a HUGE gap of no service for approximately three hours (only God knows why). Beyond that, the driver from the airport was coughing like there's no tomorrow. He sounded horrible and was non stop coughing from the moment of pick up to drop off. For the life of me I can't understand why he was working and more importantly, why wasn't he wearing a mask?! The second thing that put me off in the property is that despite the signs showing one of the restaurants open until 22h, when I finally made it for dinner at 21h there was a song saying the restaurant was closed....... Are these small things? Perhaps, but as we all know details matter and I think tha these are significant enough.

Service in the club lounge was excellent. Good breakfast. Cashless property so make sure you exchange money before arriving.

A really nice hotel used as an airport stopover for a night but certainly could be more. Good welcome, immaculately clean nice room and better than expected standard of hotel. Nice bar area near reception and another rooftop. Similarly two pools, one rooftop. Did not try the breakfast and with easy walking distance to a waterside park and village eating places with very good food at low prices we also had dinner elsewhere. Twenty minutes taxi to the airport, their shuttle bus not frequent enough and with stops at each terminal can take too long if yours is not the first one. Still a taxi was only 25S$.

Decent stay that is near the water and airport. Room was quite small and basic, could have been a better experience

We had an excellent stay at this hotel for our overnight stop over. Although it was a little distant from the airport this was made easy with the free shuttle service. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was fantastic and well priced. Thank you for looking after us!
