Lights in bedroom weren’t synched to switches - it was all or nothing Engineer did come to room - but couldn’t fix Front desk didn’t mention in morning But stuff happens - a great hotel

Clean, quiet, excellent mattress, friendly staff, wonderful location near Bryant Park. On site restaurant was good as well. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff was kind. I was greeted with a glass of wine and two bottles of water. A great start to a beautiful afternoon. She answered all my questions with a smile and was patient. Room was clean, dated but rich and classy which I love. Bed was soo comfortable that I will definitely come back just for a weekend getaway on a regular basis. Thank you and I appreciate the welcome note. Details matter.

Great location. Loved the decor and attention to detail. Rooftop bar had a great vibe. Will stay here again the next time I’m in NYC.
