What isn't made clear when booking is that there are several steps up to the main entrance, and no step free access. Staff are willing to assist with luggage. If access had been step free, l might have given it 5*s.

I can't say enough good things about the staff. We spent many days here and the staff was our favorite part of visiting London. Our family had some personal struggles during our stay and they were helpful, accommodating, and went out of their way to help us in any way they could. We spent a lot of time talking to them and getting to know them and loved their cheerful and happy smiles. A special thanks to Shaikh (if I got the spelling wrong - sorry friend).

The place was clean the staff was amazing but the roooms can use a few touch ups/ repairs. Great location!

I didn’t like the entry way. There were steep stairs and no ramp. It was difficult to bring the luggage in.

The breakfast was wonderful. I didn’t expect as much as we got based on them saying it was a continental breakfast. It was lovely to eat there. The rooms were cleaned every night.

This hotel is very close to the Paddington station which makes moving around easy. The rooms are not sound proof and can therefore doors can be heard as well as merely the guest above you walking. The room I had , the window lock was broken so it could not close. Assurance was given by the front desk it is safe. Front desk staff were very helpful. There is no air conditioning so thankfully the nights were cool.
