Extend-a-Suites Phoenix

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Tub was peeling and needs to be replaced. Saw 3 roaches. Tv isn’t user friendly.

I stayed one night and had no problems

We did not. Enjoy our stay, amenities not good, a lot of homeless people in to the property

I love the fact it isn't a traditional hotel and has full sized refrigerator freezer and microwave. Fairly peaceful

The property is in poor condition; the bathrooms are unpresentable, and the floors and carpeting are dirty and old. The asphalt at the main entrance is deteriorated.

Parking lot like a maze. Staff friendly and the room was clean. Thanks for having us for the night. Two tired construction workers

Not too bad, manageable.

The overall cleanliness of the property is really bad. This property should have not been listed here. The walls, floors and doors are dirty, the tab is so nasty we were afraid to use it, we ended up not taking a shower there at all. I wish we have time to find another hotel that late. We decided to just sleep there one night and checked out really early. The staff were nice making sure there was a security in that shady area. The staff has to lock the front door of the reception area until the police came due to a questionable character walking around the premises. Some people are just larking around the premises. A couple of people occupying the other rooms are scary making inappropriate comments to my wife. This hotel should be inspected by the city of Phoenix because its condition do not reflect the good environment of the city and not appropriate for a paying customer.
