Best Western Plus French Quarter Courtyard Hotel

Best stay ever the hotel was super clean great pool and beautiful court yard. Best breakfast by far from any that we have had at a hotel Darlene was amazing she recommended some amazing day trips and booked them for us all we had to do was be ready outside the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed one night passing through. This place is older but a charming older. Private gated parking which helps keeps your car safe. The room and restroom itself was ok. But for the night it was good. The pool area looked nice. It’s not bad. I liked it.

We were traveling with our two young kids to New Orleans just for the evening to check it out. The hotel never once warned us that there was a pride event going on that day. As we pulled up to the hotel, a pride parade was going by so we could not access our hotel or the parking. The parking is very limited at this hotel we had to pay $70 to park in premier parking which was the only thing available seven blocks away. We had to drag our luggage seven blocks with our two kids because the front of our hotel is blocked off for the parade. We are not made aware of. There is one elevator at this hotel that fits two people max we had to take turns going up with our luggage at one point it wasn’t even working. I even saw one of the employees smoking pot on his break right out in front of the hotel. We will not return to this hotel. Also someone left a used condom on our windshield.

Nice hotel close to Bourbon St. The guy at the desk at night was very friendly and knowledgeable. Loved Gary the cat

Perfect place to stay on New Orleans

Everything turned out better... Best time ever

The hotel is in a very walkable area and near public transit. Staff were very kind and we had great casual conversation. Room was standard and clean. The building is an old historical one and has great brick. I stayed in a courtyard facing room and we did not hear any road noise or outside noise in general. You can book tours through them and the tours come to the hotel to pick up.

We loved the location the service the breakfast the pool and riom was great as well. All around great trip!
