Very small rooms. Needed constant adjustment to maintain shower water temperature. Shower door would not stay closed, continually rolled open. Housekeeping removed spare key from power so room wasn’t cool when we returned (and didn’t leave the key in room). Room wasn’t cleaned till after 5pm and even then we had to ask for it to be cleaned - worse, we told receptionist to have them clean after 5pm after requesting the room clean as we were back in the room at that stage and housekeeping entered before 5pm when I was naked, no warning whatsoever.

Room was extremely small, so much so there was no where to even store suitcases - we had to ask to be moved as it was claustrophobic to say the least. Only positive was the location.

Had a few issues that staff were excellent with - so helpful and kind. Highly recommend Rydges Australia Square- top customer service- range out of coffee pods and Nanna need coffee- split seconds and coffee pods delivered- super happy with my stay

Convenient location close to George st and Circular Quay. Room was nicely renovated, great bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good,with a great selection of food.
