The hotel was clean but the hotel was old. Old furniture the lighting was not the brightest and there was no exhaust fan in the vathroom

The location was close to our destination The hotel was clean but the furniture and room was old and dsted

The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful, the only thing was no vent fan in bathroom after a shower. The rooms were clean but you could tell by the furniture and the lower ceilings that the hotel was older. But still the hotel was well tended to.

The front desk clerk was very nasty while talking to us. We stay at this hotel everytime we come to Chicago and never have a bad experience at the front desk. This time was very different. I asked for a manager and she said there was none. Any questions I asked she had a very bad attitude.
