Second time in this hotel. It was just an overnight stay, but my sister & I really enjoyed it. Breakfast was good, free shuttle to/from airport, Lawson inside the hotel, free made in Japan amenities, etc. The hotel was very busy when we arrive, but they still assist me really well.

From the promptness of the airport shuttle to the ease of the check-in process to the convenience of the kombini in the lobby, to the clean and spacious room, everything about this hotel was awesome.

Great experience. Free shuttle from/to the airport. 24/7 grocery inside the hotel. Free breakfast. We'd love to styhere again!

There was a little bit of a hiccup with our check in but the staff was very helpful to rectify the situation. The bed was quite firm but everything else was as expected, clean and maintained. Sadly wasn't able to try the breakfast buffet and the shuttle doesn't go to terminal 3 even though it's only 1k away.

Very convenient for when flying out of Narita airport ! There is a hotel bus for transportation to the airport! Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable!

Everything was great, including the free breakfast and airport shuttle. Amenities were good as well. My only discomfort was the moldy odor from the robes - they were folded in the lobby, I ended up taking it off. But overall, a great place to stay for a short trip.

A good place to land after a long plane trip, spacious, clean and pleasant with excellent breakfast. Good access to airport with shuttle every 15 minutes. One staff member extremely helpful.
