The cleaning staff and bar staff were all excellent. The reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was due to the evening front desk manager dropping the ball on linking my reservations when I extended my stay an extra night so I could stay in the same room. He assured me he did when in fact he did not. I had to go back the following day to a different front desk staff to make sure it was done. It was inconvenient and disappointing that a manager would be this sloppy in their work. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay.

This is a large, bland corporate hotel. Food is tasteless, background music sounds like it’s AI-generated and you can’t escape it. Beds a little saggy. And their pricing algorithm tries to squeeze as much out of you as possible. But the staff are genuinely nice and helpful.

Beware! This hotel charges your credit card for phony ‘destination charge’ of a sizable amount (which I’m not allowed to specify) despite the fact you book and prepay, with all taxes and fees included, on an online booking site. This is theft. They swipe your card when you check in for a ‘security deposit,’ then charge your card for these extra amounts. Fraud!

I liked the complimentary brunch buffet. It was so tasty too. I would pay for the buffet. It was so an extra touch that will make me stay here every time I go to visit my family.
