Thames Riviera Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Hotel is generally very dated and tired. The room was a decent size but whilst it was fairly clean it all felt old and worn. Breakfast was ok but pretty limited.

Dirty windows. Dirty doors to the kitchen in the restaurant.

Nice location by the river, Greater but lively staff members who swiftly allocated the rooms but sadly disappointed after booking five rooms and finding bed bugs in one of the rooms. When discreetly approached to advise of our finding staff were great and relocated the occupants of the room no fuss, but no other offer of apology, after reporting this to Hotels.com and advised that the hotel manager claimed nothing found frequent. Sadly as hotel frequent user this was a great shame as will now have no faith in Best Western hotels.

All good, the bed was amazing, nice breakfast and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Hotel location was good. Only 20 minutes to train station (for London). Room was a good size but a little tired. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

We had an excellent time whilst staying at the Thames Riviera. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was just right for us with good AC which was perfect for the heatwave we're experiencing at the moment. The food is great quality and I thoroughly recommend it.

Fantastic location, both for the river views and proximity to restaurants and local attractions. And, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Lovely room at a very reasonable price, drink and dine by the river. Staff are really helpful, had a great stay.
