Un hotel muy bien ubicado. A unas cuadras de la playa y cerca de restaurantes . Se siente seguro caminar en la calle a cualquier hora del día. El desayuno es rico y variado. Pero con pocas opciones de proteínas

I loved everything about the Ibis hotel. Everyone was very friendly. It was very clean, quiet and in a great area, safe, closed to shops, restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Breakfast was so good with plenty of things to eat like different pastries, bread, cheeses, hot selection, and brazilian desserts. Lunch at the restaurant was very good as well. I am definitely staying at this hotel again.

When I arrived, the room was clean and well organized. Unfortunately, the following day, the room was not serviced by housekeeping. As a result, I had to go to the front desk to request clean towels. I would appreciate it if the housekeeping service could be provided as expected.

O hotel precisa urgentemente trocar colchão e roupa de cama. Estão com cheiro ruim e velhos. Colchão com buracos, velho mesmo. O melhor são as funcionárias da cafeteria. Alegres e agradáveis. Parabéns!

Gostei bastante da localização, do atendimento, das pessoas do hotel. Quarto bem bom, único ponto é mal cheio de esgoto que pode melhorar com a manutenção do sifão banheiro. No mais, nada a reclamar fui muito feliz na viagem.
