Everything was great overall. One recommendation I have is that if you have more than two people, try to book a room with three beds instead of two. The beds are fairly small, and I didn’t realize that two people wouldn’t comfortably fit in one bed. Deluxe Room, 2 Twin Beds that’s the one I picked :)

I really enjoyed my stay and I’m already looking forward to my next trip. The staff were kind and attentive, and Sajjad Khan and his team in the cafeteria stood out in particular. I ordered something specific once, and the next time I returned, they remembered and asked if I wanted the same thing again, that kind of personal touch made a real difference. Breakfast had great variety. My favorites were the lentil soup, always fresh, and the assortment of fresh fruit. One small note, the pastries weren’t always as fresh as the rest of the spread. The dry cleaning service was fast and efficient, and service throughout the hotel was excellent. A great overall experience. I’ll definitely be back.

Good hotel and good location but the furnishings is abit outdated. It need better modern furniture like in the marriot executive apartments.

Brakfast is so good, lots of varieties, staff are super polite, kind and helpful. Room was clean, spacious with a nice view to The haram. Shuttle bus runs back and forth to the haram.
