We have stayed with this family run hotel 5 times now. From the wonderful welcome, I believe it is the best value for money in & around Ubud town center. So close to main cross roads, yet quiet, peaceful & delightful staff.

Great location. Quiet off the main strip. Peaceful morning with birds. Pool was very nice to cool off in. Simple and modest accommodation in Ubud.

Staff was very friendly. Gardens are beautiful. Room was lovely. A few things on the property need minor repairs. Overall it was a wonderful stay for a good price!

We had a spacious room, conveniently close to the pool, there was a rack to dry our towels/bathing suits outside and choice of both airco or fan. Also nice and quiet but in the center of Ubud everything on walking distance
