We had an ADA accessible room and, when you stepped into the shower, water bubbled up from under the tile and it was not real clean. The sink had a crack all the way across. Breakfast was OK, but I really think a $30 per night parking fee was a bit much when there seemed to be plenty available in their lot. There was no one at the desk when we tried to check out about 8:30 and I waited for several minutes. Overall, overpriced all around, but so is most of Chicago.

Amenities listed on property are NOT accurate. Had to drag my laundry to another hotel. Staff was friendly, manager Glen was not.

Room was laid out nicely. Front desk was courteous and quick at check in. Coffee in the main lobby was good. Free Breakfast was good. Note: $30/night parking fee.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Express Midway were very friendly during our stay. The breakfast was also good, providing some different options daily with style of eggs and sides. The parking lot did fill up since there are a couple of other hotels in that section using the same lot, but we were able to still find a spot and didn’t have any problems with our car in a busy lot.
