They offer a shuttle into town. The room was attractive, clean, and well kept, as were the other areas of the resort.

Had to call twice to get our room cleaned , when they did they didn't clean the shower, the hotel showed lots of restaurants etc however these are all at the other hotels next door- you need to walk over through a parking lot and street to get to these places. Almost broke my ankle on the broken / loose tile blocks on the sidewalk to the pool and at the pool. You also get charged an aditional $25 per day for hotel services and parking is also not free ( charged daily )

This was a very nice hotel and you can easily catch the trolly to Old Town Key West. Having the option of multiple pools was nice.
