Staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast was not so good. The bathtub wasn't cleaned.

Good location close to train station & bus & tram stops
Good breakfast tho a bit more space would be good. It did get crowded
Minimal sound proofing. Trams outside were too loud & I was on the 15th floor. Bring ear plugs.

I've stayed in a few Tokoyo Inn properties, and this has also delivered its standard. I like how simple and clean the rooms are - amenities available at lobby to take, and the free breakfast is always a highlight of the stay because nothing beats waking up to a nice warm cooked meal. I'll always recommend Toyoko Inn to others!

Great location near train station, almost fully sheltered walkway from station to hotel which helps when it's raining. Also near the bus stop to take highway bus to Takachiho Bus Centre, Kumamoto Airport. Hotel helped me arranged takkyubin to Beppu which is very convenient. Breakfast selection is sufficient, in fact seems to have slightly more than the Toyoko Inn in Kagoshima that I stayed in. There are 3 elevators that are quite fast so waiting time is short. Will choose this hotel if I come back again.
