Bali Hai Beachfront Resort and Spa

The location is wonderful! We had a gulf-front unit, and they all have a perfect view of the Gulf... we watched the sunset each night from our balcony. You are 10 feet from the sand, and 75 feet from the pool... so convenient! The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The lounge is super convenient as well for snacks / drinks while sitting by the pool, or to just enjoy a meal without having to drive anywhere.

This was by far the worst vacation and the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were okay and seemed fairly new, but the towels were extremely limited, and the same went for the toilet paper. When we arrived, there was a large water leak right in the middle of the entrance area. However, that wasn’t even the worst part. There are stairs everywhere and no elevator. That may be fine for some guests, but my 80-year-old grandmother was unable to manage them. The final straw was at night. The hallways were almost completely dark, making it very difficult to see. In fact, one member of our group tripped over a rock, broke two toenails, and was bleeding. When I went to the front desk for help, it was closed. There was only a sign instructing guests to call a phone number. When I called, a woman answered who sounded like she was out partying, and I could barely hear her. She told me that turning on the hallway lights was prohibited. To make matters worse, we even found cockroaches in the hotel, and some of the water fixtures were broken and in poor condition. These are basic maintenance issues that should never be overlooked at any hotel, especially one charging premium rates. Unbelievable. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, especially considering that this hotel was far from cheap. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

I loved the beach view and the beach was being and super clean just an advice add a bit more pool beds and umbrellas

We liked the location of the room in reference to the pool, in a closed area which was convenient for our kids.

I enjoyed myself...the beach was breathtaking..the island was beautiful..my living quarters was clean..the staff was very professional..access to the beach was just what I wanted...I would go back to this resort again..n again..thank you

The property was in a perfect location and the room was spacious and clean. The staff went above and beyond to make a special occasion we were celebrating memorable!
