This hotel is not good. I booked for two nights but I regret. Bathroom is mouldy door were broken, water ran through the room from bathroom. When approched to the staff he was, “can’t do anything “ very rude. Bugs everywhere in the ceiling. I complained to hotels.com no use. Bad hotel. Breakfast only white bread and croissants. Very bad. Waste of money!!

Don’t know how this hotel got a rating of 8.8, I would maybe give it a 4 out of 10.
The area surrounding the hotel didn’t feel safe. The hotel itself was very basic with a staff that tried their best in a poor quality hotel

The neighborhood felt very unsafe. There were so many men hanging out in front and around the hotel all the time. We kept the windows open and could hear the noise from the men during our stay. It seems as though the hotel was undergoing some remodeling, which would have been nice to know because there was a mattress leaning against the wall making entering our room difficult as the passage was narrow.

Very expensive for a poor hotel. Not in a nice area. Not good for a hot night.

I had a very negative experience with the staff at the breakfast dining area. Their demeanor was unfriendly and unhelpful, and they seemed dismissive when I requested assistance. I will not come back to this place again.

The accomodation was simple, no air conditioning but a fan was provided. The room was clean and comfortable, well insulated from outside noise so we had 3 quiet nights sleep. Breakfast was continental, cereals, fresh bread and croissants, which were very tasty. Close to both the Gare de L'Est and a metro station, Gare du Nord only 15 minutes walk. The owners were very helpful and the lift worked well (6 floors). A well managed hotel.
