The mattress need upgrading. You sink in. The curtains are so old the darkening outside Sade is falling apart. The bathroom, carpet need some serious upgrading. I feel bad commenting but need remodeling.

The room was only good for 3 people max but advertise for 4. One king size bed and one pull out that fits one person. However the room was spacious. The first day the tub did not drain well. Had to call maintenance and they fixed it the next morning. The toilet flush but the water would not stop unless you fix the flapper at every flush so the tank can fill up. Bring your own shampoo, conditioners and soap. You can hear the wind through the slider door in the bedroom when closed and it can be annoying when sleeping. Parking is not included and amenities fee not included. Otherwise location was good overall.

Pool and hot tub were excellent, easy to access Restaurant associated with property was excellent Location is excellent. Room had a balcony facing east with table and chairs The only downside was that we stayed a week and they didn’t come during the week to clean - they said every 4th day, so we expected at least one change of towels sheets, emptying of waste baskets. We lived. Overall, I would definitely stay there again - the goods were very good and the bad wasn’t very bad…

Always have a great experience. Can’t ask for much more than to be close to all the food spots and shopping and the beach. All within walking distance.

The parking fee for on property in opinion is bit excessive. The hotel was cute but alarms kept going off that we would have to see if was an excavation or not. It is a good spot and distance from beach and shopping centers. I just wouldn’t recommend booking if you have a car to park.

We love the views, location♥️ near shopping center and 7 min walking to Waikiki Beach walking distance to the mall and local stores very friendly people and we loved the breakfast dinner ♥️ super delicious … we didn’t like there was not enough trash bags for the days we were there. 10 days to be exact.
