Room and bathroom space are small and the noise level is high and you can hear the next room. Staff are very nice. Good place to stay for concert because it’s very closed by.

Firstly, the check in and out process was seamless. Had a nice and quiet room. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Would come back if there's a chance as I haven't got enough time to visit the outlet mall area. :)

The staff are approachable and attentive to your concerns. Though the room is quite small, but it's OK.. The food is excellent. Just a walking distance to the mall, very accessible. We had a great stay at your hotel 😊

Nice hotel close to Impact Exhibition Centre. I stayed here because I work working in Bangkok and had an early flight from Don Mueang airport. The staff were all amazing! Bar and restaurant were really nice with a good selection of food & drinks. I will stay here again for sure.
