Oriental Ginza Hotel Shenzhen

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

The furniture in the room is super dated but it is clean, extremely spacious, has a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer and everything was in good working order. The view (on the bay) was fantastic. Pressure in the shower was great, hot water immediately. The only issue we had was that the AC temperature did not seem to go up when we wanted it to, it just stayed at 23C, which was too cold for our baby but we turned it off and opened the window and that was fine. It was lovely to be greeted by housekeeping staff in the corridor whenever we passed, you don't always get that.Free parking and a a great location, very close to OCT Harbour, Shenzhen Bay Park..

The English speaking staff, didnt understand English. Example: no one could give us restaurant hours. Pointing to pizza on menu talking to English Speaking waiter, I got spaghetti. 2nd cup of coffee was only hot water added to same cup.

I cannot believe the water pressure is so bad, no cold water at shower, only super hot water during shower.

This hotel was very comfortable to stay at and it was only 1 block walk to the nearest MTR station...very convenient for traveling to different parts of Shengzhen.

It was in a convenient location, right next to the metro station. Nearby can find some local restaurants.

All the staff really help ful.

Great experience stayed here many times and always a good service. Assistant manager LI Fan (Serena) very attentive and always on hand to make it a Pleasureable stay

Convenient. Helpful staff, helped me on speed post, safe keeping of food. But after 2 days from checking out, I am still waiting for the reroof ¥2000 deposit
