The A/C unit was noisey, but worked well. Vending machines were inoperative, as well as, the ice machines. The selection of bed pillows was excellent. The chairs in the room were poor quality and uncomfortable. Check in took longer than it should have, in light of the fact that there was no one but myself trying to check in.

Says that you need to check in by 11pm. We got there at 10:20pm and guy said he couldn't check us in because system was down. Insinuating that we have to find somewhere else to stay. He have to eta as to when it would come up. Um...where are we supposed to go. Can you just let us in a room and we can figure it out when it comes up? I have the reservation and have already prepaid. He then proceeds to reset system and called someone to get it back up and we were able to check in. Kind of sketchy. You get what you pay for at this place. It was cheap for a reason. Room smelled like a smoking room even though we picked non smoking one, but only stayed one night and didn't feel like complaining given we were barely able to check in.

Breakfast was ok - not many choices and the buffet so tiny room with less settings of equipment such as waffle machine, room was spacious but outdated, matresses were squeaking the hand towel that was hung looked n smelled not clean n only one tiny trash can in the room. Liked the orange infused complimentary water in the front n 24hr free coffee n regular drinking water next to the front.

Staff is always amazing. The cleaning ladies are fabulous!! Breakfast is always on point and delicious.

Everything was clean everything‘s accessible. There was no loud noises. It was quiet peaceful place to rest and breakfast was good. Could use some fresh fruit other than that all was good.
