Bland hotel in good location close to tram stops and an easy walk to cathedral and Petite France. Room was a decent size, staff were pleasant.

Great! Big comfortable room. Great service at the front desk with complementary mulled wine and hot fruity punch… that smells delicious! (I stayed in December) Great location. Clean.

Dirty stained carpet in rooms. Had to get new key cards every day because never worked. Housekeeping & staff very nice.

The room was nice but dated with stained carpet. I could hear the person Nextdoor through the wall go to the bathroom. The safe did not work. There is only one working elevator. I was not impressed for the cost of the rooms.

Excellent location, the staff was professional and friendly. The room was a bit too dark and I think the facility will soon need renovations, other than that it was a good place to stay NO regrets. 👍
