Clean and inexpensive. The bed was a little high and firm for my taste, but there could have been a bed like that at a luxury hotel. I would recommend this for an economical stay.

Room was not the cleanest, I found roaches inside our room, bed sheets were stained and had noisy neighbors.

I would not recommend this property. Homeless people all around. Very noisy in the evening from other rooms.

The Negatives:
• Credit card declined at check-in for no apparent reason.
• Room reeked of stale cigarette smoke and disinfectant.
• TV closed caption did not work. (ADA compliance essential.)
• Worst of all, wifi login failed. Tried on both my phone and tablet.
The Positives:
• Room was very clean.
• Exceptional water pressure.
• Very easy parking.
