Campanile PRIME Krakow Old Town

Everything was great standard start to finish and would stay here again without hesitation

I had to change the room two times because of the AC. In the first room the AC didn’t work at all. In the second room it kind of worked but water started dripping out of the AC in the middle of the night, so the floor was all wet in the morning. In the third room the AC worked but I couldn’t change the temperature or turned it off, so it worked the whole night with uncomfortable noise. I didn’t even bother to tell them about the problem in the last room because I didn’t want to move to another and I thought another room would have another problem. Also when I mentioned the problem to the receptionist she responded in a belittling tone like I didn’t know how to turn on the AC or that it wasn’t a big deal. One of them told me that her house was hot too, probably meaning that I shouldn’t complain about the AC! The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. For the price I paid I could have stayed in a much better hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel and I would never stay there again.

Hotel is newly renovated and staff is friendly and efficient. Hotel is centrally located within a 10 minute walk to major tourist destinations (museums, castles, churches) and a variety of restaurants. Hotel offers a breakfast buffet for a reasonable price and a great way to start your day of exploring.

Great room, lovely staff, great location

A lovely setting alongside a park. My room was spatitious, comfortable and with a Nespresso machine. Loved that you could get fresh water from the corridor (including cool and sparkling) - great to stay hydrated. Nice walk into old town.

10/10 for location, couldn’t have stayed in a more prime stop if we tried - just a few minutes walk from old town square. Only negative was the fan/air con in the room didn’t work at all, the staff kindly provided a fan but overall the room was uncomfortably warm at times. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quiet and amazing location. Check in and check out all super convenient. Would stay again!

Hotel was great for our party of 4. First and foremost it is a really good location. A few minutes walk into the main square and lots of bars, eating spots and a small supermarket en route. The other side of the hotel was the park and through the park is access to the station and a big shopping centre. Really handy and from there easy transport to both the airport or direct (good value) trains to Auschwitz too. Hotel was as expected really, we only used it as a base as was out walking the city most of the time. Each floor there is a water station near the lifts which allowed us to fill up empty bottles with cold still water, room temp water or even sparkling water. A nice touch. Room was quite warm so we had the window open all the time and there was no milk options for tea or coffee in the room. We had to ask for milk at the reception each time and they were helpful in doing this. Other than that really good.

The front desk clerk Eric was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I loved the location of this hotel, the beautiful park was right outside the front door. I loved the breakfast and enjoyed drinks every evening at their bar
