Gorgeous spacious rooms. Lovely toiletries. Extremely attentive staff. Pool and gym area were amazing. Central location with great views of imperial palace grounds. Felt like royalty. Would return!

Beautiful property with peaceful views of the palace gardens. Perfect location for train station, subway, rest of Tokyo. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect home base for Tokyo based travel.

The location overlooking the Imperial Palace is unbeatable the rooms are elegant and immaculate and the service truly reflects the best of Japanese hospitality. Every detail exceeded expectations. My family and I have traveled extensively over the years, but this was the first family trip to Tokyo. The Palace Hotel was everything we expected it to be. Fantastic location, across from the Imperial Palace. Extremely attentive staff, beautiful facilities, great guest rooms, a very memorable breakfast buffet. Several of the on property restaurants were fantastic. Loved the live jazz music in the Grand Restaurant on our first night. Very memorable all the way around. One of the best hotels I've ever experienced. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous room, tastefully decorated and lovely balcony with a very pleasant view of the Imperial Garden. The towels were nice and soft and bed was very comfortable. Great location close to the Tokyo Station. Staff was very attentive and helpful. We are looking forward to our next stay here.
