Check-in was scheduled for 3pm. Our room was not ready til 4:30pm. This was unacceptable considering what we paid for the suite.

We have stayed more times than we can count at a Disney property. Almost always it’s Disneyland hotel but we stayed at Disneyland grand Californian hotel three times now and every time we stay here we say we don’t wanna stay here again. It’s overpriced rundown the staff is not helpful. The rooms are tiny. It’s not Disney themed whatsoever and we just spent far more than we wanted to pay for that kind of room.

Great rooms and top flight service. The restaurants are all excellent and the lobby is gorgeous. The only critigue is the pool area. There are 3 pools but they are small, not very luxe and seem a bit dated. The lounges are not plentiful and they are packed super close together. With a major upgrade to this area every aspect of this property would be truly outstanding. Staying on property at Disneyland makes the stay so convenient and comfortable, well worth the price.

This was a truly magical trip and wonderful stay! The rooms were well maintained and clean, the staff came twice a day to the room. Once to clean and another for turn down service. Everyone was helpful, the pools were fun and relaxing. We ate at Storyteller's Cafe for a character breakfast and that was not only fun but absolutely delicious!

Clean rooms prompt room services and house keeping staff very friendly location is prefect lobby is family friendly if you’re waiting for a check in there’s plenty comfortable sitting with fire place and tv for kids playing Mickey cartoons. Come here every 4th of July for my birthday and they always make it magical.
