Nice looking hotel and very friendly staff. Rooms are very small for the price. Pools not usable as filled with screaming kids the entire time. Bar area and lobby similarly very loud a lot of the time. Suggest family only hotel.

Like other moxy hotels that we stayes before, this one is also very chic and stylish hotel. It’s clean, staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean and the vibe is really unique. It smells really nice too. We also enjoyed the steam bath pool

The Moxy is a very unique property and may not be for everyone, but these two ‘Boomers’ really enjoyed it. The queen double room is well thought out, spacious and comfortable. The staff was terrific! Ohla spent a lot of time getting us acclimated and answered our many questions about the hotel and Banff. Dushyant (I hope I didn’t butcher that spelling) was welcoming and friendly at the bar. The level of service he provided was very good. And lastly, Fithawit on the housekeeping team went out of her way to assist us and be sure we had everything we needed. This is a great place for families as well as couples.

Don’t get room 128. The fan was broken and kept trying to start stop every 30 seconds all night. Was not a relaxing night/sleep. Very disappointing. Offered me a free coffee or not have to pay for the parking, that we should not have to pay for anyway. Nor a late check out to try catch up on the sleep. Not good customer service or sincere care for repeat customers.

The Moxy was an incredible experience and I highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Banff, AB that has a fantastic vibe!
