Everyone was very kind and concerned about our experience. The hotel is beautiful and located on the edge of the historic area. The rooms are comfortable. They serve an amazing breakfast and tea. When on the first day, restaurant staff learned I was a vegetarian, they went and made special food for me! Then, afterwards they checked in with me to make sure I had a good selection. Quite amazing. A wonderful choice in Penang.

Very nice, quality hotel but noticed and reported hot water was only warm, next day it was not warm at all. My odd tasting breakfast in the cafe wasn't worth the price

They are a great team of staff. Greetings & with a friendly smiles make the whole experiences wonderful. - They are attentive. - The unique & wonderful design of the hotel is cosy & warm welcoming. - Great location. The only minus piont is the limited parking lots.

Being a vegetarian, not much option was available, but the staff went out of their way to help me. rooms were clean and basic amenities provided. AC was also ok, though you need fan plus a/c both

Each room comes with 2 ceiling fans plus an AC. Sufficient to keep the room cooling. However, facilities can be better. For instance shower head and bidget are abit worn out. I would give 5 stars for the customer service and will definitely patronise the hotel again if I am visiting Penang.

Toilet tank had a little trouble refilling, but that was easily fixed by adjusting the water control taps behind the toilets. Otherwise - everything perfect.
