Great location, very nice hotel, the only complaint it’s noisy outside if you keep the windows open , other than that all good , stayed here before several times , will stay again

Great location, amazing spacious rooms, clean, modern showers, bed was so comfy, incredible breakfast and the travel cot was basically a huge full sized crib with a fitted sheet and complimentary teddy bear. Can I move in?

The A/C in the room was broken while temperatures outside were in the thirties (centigrade) in a week in which Europe has seen over a thousand of fatalities due to heat. The small room made this a serious health hazard while the staff and the manager offering unacceptable and out of touch resolutions that do not really help such as a 10% discount or a fan. The treatment was one that’s inappropriate to any customer let alone a Bonvoy Gold. Finally after many rounds and heated discussions and repeated requests to fix the a/c or move us to a room with a/c they moved us to the Marriott which was a more reasonable arrangement after so much aggravation.

The hotel was good in most respects, it was clean, the staff were helpful, the bed was comfy the breakfasts were good and it had a nice bar that served food until late (I think 23:00). However,the shower wasn't well maintained. The holder would not hold its position and slid down (it must have been this way for a while). There was some issue with the shower temperature control, causing fluctuations in temperature. The area was also very noisy as there are many people with fast cars that seem to congregate there and whom like to show off just how quickly they can achieve the impressive speed of 30kph (the streets are small and with competing traffic).

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. However, the AC is not that powerful (if that matters to you), so that it can get a little warm. The staff are amazing and the breakfast is very delicious (but a little pricey). Would definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was in great condition with complementary water. The bar was modern and cosy. The hotel was in a great location for shops and the metro.

Excellent hotel in a great location near to all the sights in Hamburg. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, room was great, bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - lots of healthy and not so healthy options and made to order omlettes. Gym was well equipped. Bar lovely, room service quick and tasty. Definitely recommend
