We stayed 7 nights at The Royal Sonesta in the one bedroom ocean view suite. It was incredible! The room was huge and had such great views of the beach. The desk staff was friendly and the service staff kept the rooms very clean. I highly recommend the Royal Sonesta!

So nice to have restaurants on property and walking distance away. Pool is great! Plenty big even when the property is full. Beach is great w easy access. The sushi bar is bomb! And the morning grab and go is very convenient w hot and cold breakfast items. Tye property is very well maintained and the rooms r spacious. Great location and close to the airport.

No area to clean up on day we flew out. No showers or facilities to change. Never seen this in a Hawaiian resort as flights generallat night. TV and internet kept droppin

The staff made my check in for my guest work. I didn’t stay at the hotel, so I couldn’t answer anything other than the staffing question. So, staff was everything as far as I am concerned.

The rooms were nice, standard size. The pullout couches weren’t very comfortable. It took awhile to have necessities delivered to the room, but we understood. Overall, a nice hotel and pool. I wish they had more food options.

The location of this resort, right on the beach, just can't be beat. The pool is especially lovely and the restaurants were top notch. The rooms feel a bit older (ours had sort of a light musty odor) but I think that's from all the humidity. Our group of seven had a great experience staying here!
