My kids were mesmerized by the pool area. The whole jurassic set up of it is amazing. I did, however, find it frustrating how many adults weren't watching their kids in the pool. There's rules stated and I feel like it seemed more of a suggestion to many. I understand having no lifeguard, but having a worker in there enforcing the rules would have been great. (Don't get me wrong, there was a worker in there at all times - but not once did I see them talk to the kids climbing up the slide or not waiting their turn down the slides, or kids maybe age 8/9 taking their infant siblings into the pool with no life jacket.) Overall we had a great stay. Rooms were clean, restaurant was okay, and the area of the hotel was ideal for the places we went during our stay.

Check in was a breeze. The wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. Very friendly. Food was delicious! Shuttle to the airport is service we appreciate!

I love staying here, super kid friendly and close to the airports. Staff are super kind, including security. That little gift shop is also very useful, so close instead of having to leave the hotel to get what I needed for myself and my son. Clean rooms and soft beds, my son also loved the beds.
