TBH, I wasn't very excited about this property. The location wasn't convenient for walking to restaurants and there aren't too many activities nearby. However, we had a really nice stay and would stay here again. Our room had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed and pillows. We were on the front side of the building, and there are several rooms on the backside. There's also a really nice backyard area with a hot tub and sauna with decking. We also had access to a full kitchen, which was a fantastic bonus. In the kitchen is a washing machine, should you need to do laundry and have time to air dry it. The curtains blocked out sunlight nicely. This wound up being a very comfortable and quiet stay. We were able to drive ten minutes to restaurants, and there is a grocery within walking distance of the property. This would be an amazing place for groups of people - everyone would have their own bedroom but would have the backyard area to hang and a kitchen to cook together.

Dear Team, I am writing to raise a concern regarding our check-in experience. I notified you one day in advance as instructed, including requesting the hot tub. However, when we arrived around 17:30, the room door was locked, the keys were not accessible as described, and the hot tub was not ready. There was no immediate assistance available, and the weather conditions that day were very poor, which made the situation particularly uncomfortable. This did not align with the check-in instructions provided and resulted in a very disappointing experience. I would appreciate your explanation and advice on how this can be resolved.
