It’s an Expedia VIP hotel but for every benefit they needed me to send screenshots of what’s written on Expedia website, such as free room upgrade, free parking, etc. The property is a motel, it looks much nicer in the photos. They have what I need for my trip - near LAX, reasonable parking price, comfortable bed, free breakfast, and the jacuzzi is a plus.

Staff was very courteous and helpful Too much noise by residents seemingly unpoliced or unbothered to/by management. Management is too passive enforcing noise restraint on residents.
