Upon arrival I used one of their Laundry bags to put my son's and my dirty clothes. The following day after our tour had ended and we had returned to the hotel I noticed that the bag was gone (house keeper had cleaned the room). I was hesitant to contact the front desk as I thought they had taken the Laundry bag with my clothes to wash. The following day I had not received my clothes and I contacted the Laundry service. They attempted to find my clothes but was not able to. I spoke to a manager and informed her about my situation. She said that she would look into it. I got a call back apologizing for not finding my clothes. They did offer complementary dinner for my son and I.

Hi, it was our 2nd time visiting Lotte Hotel Jeju & their service was next level. My family & I had the best experience ever here!! They speak both Korean and English which helped. I must say Rachel who helped us needs to be promoted as manager if she isn’t already!! The room was spacious, elegant and clean. The whole resort is very nice and well maintained. The pool and jacuzzi is nice! We would definitely recommend to all of our friends and family. There’s access to the beach down below but make sure you’re ok to walk up and down some steps as it can be steep. Last but not least, I highly recommend their breakfast buffet…. I think it is 2nd best compared to The Conrad in Seoul’s Breakfast Buffet. Can’t wait to go back again!! Thank you Lotte Hotel Jeju!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the room was thoughtfully stocked with amenities. I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything I needed was already provided. The attention to detail really made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The outdoor pool and show were fantastic as well. The water temperature was warm and comfortable, and we enjoyed it so much that we stayed there for almost two hours. One small suggestion: the area around the pool can be quite slippery when wet. I unfortunately slipped and fell once, so it would be great if additional safety measures could be considered. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

Great Hotel if you’re travelling with family. Large rooms, huge pool. The parking spots are a bit tight though.

Rooms were well appointed, but biggest failure of property is the access to the beach and how they put zero effort into maintaining beach. Pool was average at best but once again they cater to eastern tourists and don’t include a swim up bar.

Clean spacious room although furniture is a little dated. Hotel property is beautiful. Location is good to explore jeju. Beach access a definite plus, 10 min walk. Heated outdoor pool and hot tub on property

Excellent location in south west Jeju. Hard to get mass transit here from airport. About a 30-45 minutes drive from the airport. Free underground parking with in and out privileges. Service top notch throughout property starting with arrival staff to service team on property. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Slippers and bathrobes provided. Complimentary cold water in mini fridge. Minbar drinks and snacks for purchase in room. Pour over coffee and tea for free. Property is amazingly large with pool, water slides, movie nights in the pool, poolside services, nature walking trail, beach access below the bluff. Lots of restaurants and cafes around the area if you don’t want to eat on site. 7-11 on property and one next door. Starbucks and McDonald’s within walking distance. Also other Korean restaurants. Lots of themed museums around the area. Highly recommend this location. Quieter compared to Jeju city. Reminded us of being in Maui. Would definitely stay again.
