The hotel did not honor the price promised in booking. I tried to bring this to their attention. I was also charged a smoking fee and my family and I do not smoke. The manager was not helpful at all in disputing the charge. The bathroom was not as clean. The sink had a hard time draining. I had to ask for toilet paper multiple times. Very disappointed with this stay.

Great place to stay. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. We were on the 18th floor, and the shower took a minute to heat up. Once it did, the hot water was great! Air conditioning was good. Be aware that for multi-day stays, housekeeping may not come every day unless you call and tell them you need them to. Valet and bellmen were very helpful, as was everyone.

Exceptionally nice and helpful staff!. The room was cleaned daily and the restaurant next door was good.

the locatio is excellent for walking arounf the French Quarter and getting transportation to other parts of the city. My room was really dark and I kept hearing the elevator shafts, even without it was worth the money

The air conditioner in the window blew right onto the bed next to it! It felt amazing in the summer heat. Most of the French Quarter is easily reached by walking from this hotel- even for someone with limited mobility! The restaurant attached to the hotel has good breakfast, too. Staff were kind and helpful! Overall, a great stay.
