Ramada by Wyndham Sunnyvale/Silicon Valley

Wished it had a bar and restaurant, as they had it advertised!!

Great staff. Lovely pool and landscaping. Perfect room for a quick stay.

Checked in and staff wasn't very welcoming, soda machines didn't always work and was told to walk down to 7-11. Breakfast ended at 9am, got down there at 9:05, thinking it ended at 10am, breakfast staff wete pretty rude, everything was packed up and put away except for the coffee which I managed to grab a cup. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, TV had closed captioning stuck on and the tub was clogged with long black hair, tried to notify the desk but the guy cut us off mid sentence and said "thanks for your feedback". Really expected more from Ramada.

Stayed one night to see the fireworks, little but of a distance but totally walkable even for our two kids. Pool was great.

This place is convenient. Its close to Great America and the bed was comfortable.

The air conditioning was perfect, the room was clean, the breakfast is fantastic, location is marvelous, and the staff were great. It's not too far from the Santa Clara Convention Center and the San Jose Convention Center. There's a great shopping center about a 5-minute walk away. The only issue I had is that during my second stay in two weeks the tv worked for five minutes then decided to lose signal for the rest of our stay which was 2 half days and one night. Unfortunately, the staff couldn't do anything.

The rooms we stayed at were very clean, The air conditioner was good, you have good breakfast, very nice staff, and the pool & jacuzzi was pretty nice and clean.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. While the lobby and pool area were clean, inviting, and the nicest parts of the property, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. The rooms were extremely small, the beds were undersized, and the bathroom appeared to be in poor condition. The ceiling was also coming apart, making the room feel neglected and in need of maintenance. Customer service was another major concern. The front desk staff were not welcoming, and the management came across as unfriendly and overly watchful of guests, which made us feel uncomfortable rather than valued. The most upsetting part of our stay occurred during breakfast when one of the staff members yelled at my daughter as she went to get a cup of hot chocolate. The interaction was unnecessary, unprofessional, and left a very negative impression on our family. Overall, aside from the pool area and the lobby, our experience was not enjoyable. Based on the condition of the rooms and the level of customer service we received, we would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
