Hotel Monceau Wagram

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Maurice, the front desk manager, was kind and helpful to me. He would always greet me when I walked in the door. When asked, Maurice would point me in the right direction. He helped me get to the airport by public transportation. He even waited with me at 4am for my uber driver to pick me up from the front of the hotel. Maurice is a gem and this hotel is very lucky to have him there. At night, there would be a lovely charcuterie board with wine on the table for all to grab. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Great location too! Close to the buses and metro. Convenient laundromat next door too!

The staff at Hotel Monceau Wagram were great and the location was good! You are very close to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Élysées, but a bit farther from other major tourist attractions. However, there were plenty of train stops nearby so this wasn’t really a problem for us. The staff are there 24/7 at the front desk which made us feel safe. The hotel was very clean and the room service was great, which was a major bonus! Plenty of great boulangeries in the area to go try! I would definitely come back to this hotel in Paris!

Hôtel très bien situé par contre aurait besoin un peu de peinture dans la chambre. Personnel très attentionné .Nous avons eu le droit à un petit apéro alors très agréable. L’air conditionnée fonctionnait très bien

The room given on 29th June stay was terrible and had like water flooded wet carpet

When we arrived to our room, it was different to what was advertised on the website and booking site, we were promised a junior suite with an outside area and instead were given what is known as a family room, two seperate rooms with a joining hallway, a door that did not lock to the outside, but in order to join the two rooms you had to leave your inside lockable doors open. Leaving them access to anyone. The hotel itself is in desperate need of an upgrade with stickers and decorative tape covering up areas across doors and walls that have been damaged previously. When we raised our issue to the staff they simply dismissed it saying that we were given a better room than what we booked and should be grateful. Why advertise the junior suite as something it is not, and why set people up in a room that is something they didn’t book. Overall the hotel staff were unkind and unprofessional. Safe to say we will not be back, nor will we be recommending!!!!

First time room given was nice but when we came back from Nice (second booking) the room was terrible and carpet was wet and our bags even absorbed water as so much of water was in the carpet Also it showed rare find Free airport shuttle but it is not free and it also said free storage of luggage but they didnot even have storage room so charged us Euro 80 for keeping our bags while we visited Nice

Very nice staff and the air conditioner and elevator were appreciated!

The staff was very kind and helpful.

We gave each of our grandchildren 70euros. One grandchild forgot his in the room. When we got back the room had been cleaned and the money was gone. We told the staff knowing we would never see the money again but wanted them to know they had dishonest people working for them. Reception staff was very good. Rooms were small but adequate.
