සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු Our stay was a mixed experience. The highlight was definitely the receptionist, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and did her best to ensure we had everything we needed.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t live up to that excellent first impression. The hotel is in need of significant updates and better maintenance. When we checked in, there was a water spill in the reception area that remained there throughout the day, which didn’t create a great first impression.
Our room had an unpleasant odor, and although the bathroom appeared to be newly renovated and was clean, the towels also had a noticeable smell. In addition, the room was quite warm, making it less comfortable than expected.
The outstanding service at the front desk deserves recognition, but the hotel itself has considerable room for improvement to match the quality of its staff.
Avignion as a town is impressive and magical.

Absolutely fabulous location! And every person on the staff was friendly and helpful. We could see the Popes Palace out our window and it was within a stones throw. We were very happy we chose this hotel.

Oddly, there wasn’t a waste basket anywhere in the room or bathroom. The hotel is in an excellent location, and the air conditioning works quite well. For Americans, the bathroom was small and could have used counter space.
Staff was incredibly helpful!

Everything was excellent from reception service to cleanliness, location and buffet breakfast. However, we did miss having small wash towels in the bathroom.
We enjoyed our stay there.

Affordable hotel in great central location. Excellent choice for Avignon visitors. Room was comfortable, shower and bathroom were above average, and the staff was accommodating and friendly.
