The location was great! Lots of shopping and restaurants within minutes away. Nice pool, lots of parking. The front desk person (Trinice) was very friendly and helpful. She answered all the questions and concerns me and my family had about the property. Definitely would recommend a stay here.

Great location!

Room: clean and nicely updated. Complimentary bottle water, coffee & tea, in room. Micro fridge was cold a/c was cold. Bathroom: complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash, makeup mirror & motion sensor night light in bath area. Bed: bed was good, pillows were soft and firm to sleep on. Things that need improvement: Black out curtains didn’t close all the way so I got the lovely sunshine early in the morning. Toilet was small , low flush power, shower low water pressure and my last morning there shower water was cool/ med lo low hot. Throughout hotel I noticed smudges on the wall way walls, base boards doors, smudges on elevator walls elevator windows etc. Memphis Hilton can use a property cleaning person just for these all day jobs. They can do better. Landscaping needs to be redone. Saw a lot of dead bushes, tree stumps dead & it need pine straw through out. Parking lot: You pay for Parking $13.00 a day. Well the parking lot is awful, a lot of pot holes, uneven pavement. Breakfast: You pay $19.95. Not worth it at all. Go out for breakfast.

Room is old and outdated. My key kept not working, had to go up and down 4 times in my 2 night stay to get a new key.

Great place

Staff was great can't remember lady name at front desk, but she was amazing. Hotel is great, but definitely remodeling in rooms. Shower filled up while showering and the tub was stained badly. But the room was clean bed was good. Windows could also use some work as well. But overall staff and appearance is great

Elevators were slow and had issues during our stay. Used the stairs which were dirty and not in great condition. Doors were hard to open to the stairs. Staff was excellent. Very cooperative and helpful. Was truly disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not ready. Was looking forward to swimming.

Bathroom Toliet and bathtub Toliet wouldn’t flash and tub very slow draining

The room wasn’t anything like the photos. The tub wouldn’t drain. It was gross.
