Very old hotel with dirty carpet and table lamps had big stains on them.

The hotel staff were not helpful whenever we needed assistance. The room was also not clean when we arrived, and despite staying for four days, nobody came to hoover or properly clean the room. To make matters worse, the bed frame was broken, which made our stay uncomfortable. Overall, the cleanliness and level of service were well below expectations. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping and customer service so future guests have a better experience.

Room was outdated, dirty floors. Parking lot unsafe, bunch of people smoking and having beers right at the entrance of hotel

We are thoroughly disappointed. We stayed there because of the pool. It wasn't in use. So we sat in our room instead of going for a swim. The room was filthy. There were stains on the sheet and bed. The bathroom was disgusting. There was a ring on the tub. Water marks on the tub surround. Calcium build up on the shower head and dirt in every corner. There wasn't a coffee pot. No towels. No cups. No sugar and. Cream. The TV didn't work. We phoned front desk many times. Then instead of giving a free night the most they could do was reinburse us 25% . Expedia did more for us to reconcile the issue. This was the second time we stayed there the first was mediocre. This time was horrible. 1 out 5 stars

Stayed only for 1 short night. Convenient location near YYC Airport. Only thing to mention is that there were 4big tables but not a single chair in the room. Otherwise everything was good.

Good price point, A bit older hotel, could use a refresh. Good for one night stay.

Was ok but had no coffee machine in room

Do not stay at this property. The pictures and descriptions are deceiving and absolutely untruthful. We were on a road tri, booked this property as our night stay during the trip. Checked in pretty late like 12 at night. Walked in to the room and was just taken over by the overwhelming smell, and the feel of the room. It felt like we went back 100 years. The furniture was damaged and old. The chairs looked like they went through a storm and flood. So disgusting. There was a huge hole on the side of a mattress (I travell a lot. I can say this is the only hotel I've seen that they dont have full covers on their mattresses and it only covers the top portion of the mattress) the washroom sink was filthy, broken and cracked. The sink hole had no cover and rusted and disgusting. Broken floor, carpet was old and smelly and broken in parts. There was some kind of a food stain that had been splattred over wall and looked pretty old which meant it had not been cleaned for ages. I called the front desk and he was very rude. They sent someone to look at the issues after 20 min I was there and the first thing the guy told me that "Did you do all this? There is no way they gave you the room in this confition" like i had time to brake the floor, make the carpets look 500 years old, splash stains over the walls, make the bathroom sinkhole rust and hide the cover just so I can complain??????? What a joke these ppl are. So, overall, if you want to stay safe, healthy stay far from her

Clean spacious air conditioner room, no water bottles were provided and not answering the house keeping, Hairs in the bathroom.
