The bed was uncomfortable and the staff of the service bad communication and I didn’t realize that and you offered shuffle all the time and we needs to use Uber. We travel with children and made to carry the kid under the arm

The property definitely could use a bit of a makeover. But meanwhile, it could be kept cleaner. The pool was not open at 6 AM like the sign said so we had to ask the front desk staff who called somebody and we waited 20 minutes for someone to bring a key and open the pool at 8am. The tables in the breakfast area were not cleaned before it opened, the person in charge set out all the food and then eventually came around and cleaned the tables. For the price it was not bad – you get what you pay for.

I have stayed at this hostel three times in the past two months, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Unfortunately, the service I received during this stay was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hostel for a woman traveling alone with a 2-year-old child, especially if you arrive at night. The airport shuttle experience was extremely stressful. Despite calling the hotel multiple times for pickup, no one answered the phone. We ended up waiting almost an hour for the shuttle, even though the hotel is only about 10 minutes from the airport. When we finally arrived, the front desk employee, Juan, was rude and unprofessional during check-in. After such a long and stressful wait with a young child, I checked in around 1:00 a.m., and the lack of customer service made the experience even worse. I expected much better treatment as a returning guest. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider staying here again.
