It was very comfortable with a fantastic view of the harbour

Sadly the Cafe and restaurant don't operate there anymore and the pool was out of order and you have to pay for parking.

Reasonable stay

Parking for $30 seems over priced

The location is great and staff were friendly. We stayed for 3 nights. My husband and 2 x daughters. The room temp was fixed which meant sleeping was challenging as we were hot. This was a nightmare despite calls to reception we were destined to be in a stuffy room all night. No towels racks? Towels didn’t dry which meant we were constantly having to go to reception for rubbish towels. This wouldn’t have been an issue except housekeeping is only done once every three days. Never stayed in a hotel where the room is cleaned once every three days. We were overflowing with towels and rubbish. I don’t desire to do dishes on holidays. If I wanted that I would have booked an air b and b or serviced apartment. The spa was challenging as it shut at 9 not 10 as stated which meant we wasted time having to get staff up to open for us. There was no bar, no dining and servings of frozen food for the mini bar yuck. Plus at times the lobby and lift smell like actual faeces. The beds were so uncomfortable. It’s not actually a hotel is predominantly residential so expect it to be a bit strange and not a hotel experience. I could go on but you get my idea. Oh and parking is additional $30 a night. When you don’t even get your bed made that’s a bit rich.

Staff are helpful and friendly, facility is fine and up to standard. Location is great,too.

The room was ready when we arrived. Well stocked with tea, milk waiting us in yhe fridge. View of the water as promised. We were asked if we had a small car, just as well. Tight getting it into the space we were allocated due to the angles of that particular parking space. Staff were pleasant and great cafes nearby. Pool not open.
