Someone's room (not ours) had bed bugs, another found cockroach, one guest from our party was charged 3 times for the room on their credit card.

Chris was amazing at check-in and during the evening with any questions. House keeping did a good job unless you needed something. They were not friendly and did not seem to want to put forth effort to help you. I asked for a wash cloth and perceived frustration. If you are looking for restaurants, good ones, with a hot meal close by, there are none.
