Hotel Bonifacio

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

I will not book this hotel ever again because of one staff member. I get it that it was 40° outside but as a customer who paid full price to book this hotel, I expected the AC to work. I even gave it three hours to cool down the room however it did not work. I brought up the issue to the management. The girl who had checked us in was very helpful. Her name is Gisele and she deserves a raise. She offered a room fan and even brought it in, but I told her the issue remains the same that the room fan will be blowing hot air and it will be very hard for my family to stay in this room. She then offered another room in adjoining property. We went to check it out the AC seem to work and I asked her if we can also get the room fan in addition to the AC. She said she can check if that is possible then we went back to Hotel Bonifácio and she asked the male manager if a room fan was a possibility. I don’t know if that guy had come into work in a bad mood or he was flustered due to the heat, but he turned around and shook his head. Then he looked at me and he said in frustrationwhy do you need a fan? Are you sick? You know it’s 40° outside and you expect the room to be at 18°. I replied ‘no’ but I expect the room to be comfortable for my family to sleep at night. He was the rudest person I have ever come across in my life in the Hotel management Business. I understand that the heat was unbearable, but if you as a manager is unable to bear that, think about your guests.

The location is a stunning, tranquil paradise with picturesque rolling hills! The food, staff, and room were very good. Overall, it was an incredibly relaxing stay to wrap up our exciting northern Italy adventure.

A pleasant hotel but with few amenities. Breakfast was dissapointing. During the evening when I asked for creamer or milk for tea I was just told no and the receptionist promptly went back to his phone screen. Although the property was ok the other bits let it down

The staff are helpful and welcoming. We had a great experience and would highly recommend . We would stay here again

Our only complaints are that the AC wasn’t very good and it was very hot, and that they didn’t change our sheets or towels the whole time we were there (3 nights). But the location was awesome, check in was efficient and they kept our bags safe.

Good check in. And a hotel with an elevator to help take up luggage. That doesn’t happen often!
