Property did not look like the pictures. AC doesn’t work in a place that was 90 degrees and humid, phone didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, sheets smelled. Pretty much was forced to pay the cancellation because we were on a tight schedule and didn’t want to argue with the manager that barely spoke English over the phone.

Air con was very weak, sharp steel pipe found near pool, bath had hole in it, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, power issues with room and fridge keeping stuff cool. Pool was however clean, sound system to watch movies great, nice and private villa for a couples getaway. Not really recommended for people with little ones. It’s a beautiful villa that could be magic with some more tlc. Staff are beautiful. 4 out of 5 😊

The Room we booked did not match the advertising 1 bedroom pool villa was small and disappointing,we said that we were very upset with our room and they showed us the 3 bedroom villa which was very nice and we were upgraded to this very nice.Staff very lovely and helpful

නියමයි Villa is good for the price but the location is quite isolated and very far from the main market bars restaurants and the hotel only provides with drop off facility so you have to arrange your own transport for way back. Will prefer any hotel in Seminyak area to this as Kerobokan is a dead place

නියමයි This Villa was fantastic. They take very good care of you. I am not a needy person so I didn't have many request but they were great. There are some things they did for me that were not listed as the services. They come to you room and make your breakfast every morning. You choose from a selection what you want and they make it for you in your own Villa. They were so helpful in getting a rental car. I will be staying here again very soon. There is a small spa, a laundry, and a corner store just right around the corner. The staff here was so friendly and the place was clean and safe. The only issue at all was that the ac was leaking into the outside shower but I didn't even notice since everything else was so magnificent. They are at the top of my list when I return next time. I highly recommend it here.
